Is Airpult free to use?
Yes, Airpult is offered on a freemium basis. All of our website is free to access. We do offer a premium plan with access to more powerful data and features across our website and mobile applications.
Which locations do you cover?
Airpult aims for global coverage. We are working on our own geocoding database which powers our website and is also offered via our API. It is something we continuously work on improving. We accept feedback for any missing or incorrect locations.
How often are forecasts updated?
Our forecasts are continuously updated as new data becomes available. We aim to keep our data ingestion and processing system as fast and efficient as possible, so we can provide the most up-to-date and accurate forecasts possible.
Can I check past weather for a specific date?
Yes you can, however accessing weather data for a specific date is a premium feature. Airpult does offer free access to our climate pages for both countries and locations, which give a detailed overview of weather data over time using our historical data.
How do I report a wrong forecast?
When viewing forecasts, the website or application will sometimes show prompts asking if the forecast is correct, simply respond to these prompts to report issues. Airpult does not always show the feedback prompts but they will frequently appear.
