Ghana

Ghana lies on the Gulf of Guinea in West Africa, with a coastline of sandy beaches, lagoons, and low plains. Forested hills and river valleys shape much of the south, while the landscape opens into broad savannah farther north. Lake Volta stretches across a large part of the country, fed by the Black Volta, White Volta, and other rivers.
