Laos

Laos is a landlocked country in Southeast Asia, shaped by forested mountains, high plateaus, and river valleys. The Mekong runs along much of its western side, while many tributaries cross the interior and support broad floodplains in the south. Its natural landscape includes limestone karst, caves, waterfalls, and the Bolaven Plateau, known for its cooler highlands.
