1. 14-Day Refund
You may request a full refund within 14 days of completing your purchase. This applies to first-time purchases and to each subscription renewal.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@airpult.com from the address associated with your account, or submit a request directly to our payment provider Paddle at paddle.net. Include the date of the charge and the email used at checkout.
3. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Your subscription is cancelled at the time of refund and access to paid features ends immediately.
4. Cancelling a Subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period continues until its end date.
5. Statutory Rights
This policy is offered in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
