Botswana

Botswana is a landlocked country in Southern Africa, with much of its terrain covered by the flat, sandy expanses of the Kalahari. In the north, the Okavango River spreads into the Okavango Delta, creating a network of channels, floodplains, and islands. The Makgadikgadi Pans form a broad salt-flat landscape in the northeast, while low hills and grasslands appear across other parts of the country.
