Mali

Mali is a landlocked country in West Africa, with landscapes that shift from the Sahara in the north through the Sahel to greener savannas in the south. The Niger River curves across the country and spreads into the broad wetlands of the Inner Niger Delta. Sand dunes, rocky plateaus, and the Adrar des Ifoghas mountains shape much of the north, while open grasslands cover the southern regions.
