Zambia

Zambia is a landlocked country in southern Africa, set largely on a broad plateau broken by river valleys and escarpments. The Zambezi River and its tributaries shape much of the landscape, including Victoria Falls and the wide wetlands of the Kafue Flats. Miombo woodlands cover large areas, while Lake Bangweulu, its surrounding swamps, and the Luangwa Valley add to the country’s varied geography.
