Denmark

Denmark lies between the North Sea and the Baltic, covering the Jutland Peninsula and an archipelago of more than 400 islands. Its low, gently rolling landscapes are shaped by sandy coasts, dunes, farmland, and narrow fjords, with no point far from the sea. Among its most recognisable natural landmarks are the white chalk cliffs of Møns Klint and the broad dunes along Jutland’s west coast.
