Slovakia

Slovakia is a landlocked country in Central Europe, with the Carpathian Mountains curving across much of its northern half. The High Tatras contain sharp peaks, glacial lakes, and Gerlachovský štít, the country’s highest point, while broad lowlands spread across the south and east. The Danube follows part of the southwestern edge, and the Váh runs through valleys between forested mountain ranges.
