Saint Barthelemy

Saint Barthélemy is a small, hilly island in the northeastern Caribbean, surrounded by a chain of rocky islets. Its dry volcanic landscape rises from narrow coastal plains to Morne de Vitet, the island’s highest point. Sheltered bays, sandy beaches, rocky headlands, and coral reefs shape the coast, while low scrub and salt-tolerant plants cover much of the interior.
